History
MADDV was established in 1982 and officially opened its doors to the public on 9th February 1983.
In 1988, we received funding from the Department of Human Services, and in 1990, received Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status from the Australian Taxation Office.
In 1997, we had a change of name to the Dingley Village Community Advice Bureau to better reflect our service provisions to residents of Dingley Village and the City of Kingston. We have received on-going support from both local Council and local community groups that have allowed us to continue our services.
In 2014 to celebrate our 30 years of service to the community we changed our name to reflect our aims and beliefs, to Make a Difference Dingley Village Inc.
